Relevance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the document that establishes a Legal Agreement / Contract, between the interested party, as User and Artes do Mosteiro, governing the access and use of the site and, in any case, the use of the services provided.

Cancellation of orders
At the User's request:
The User may cancel his order by requesting it from Artes do Mosteiro through the telephone number or e-mail referring to the order number, which will be accepted as long as it has not yet been processed. After its processing, Artes do Mosteiro, will do everything so that it is not dispatched. However, if such an expedition is carried out, the User will always have the option of not accepting and/or returning it.

Returns and Free Resolution
Artes do Mosteiro has the greatest concern with the quality of its products. However, in the event that the User, when a consumer, is not satisfied with a particular product, regardless of whether it is defective, has the right of free resolution, making the return without being required of any compensation or justification, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day after the day on which the User acquired physical possession of the purchased product.
In order to exercise its right of free resolution, the User must communicate this fact to Artes do Mosteiro, through an unequivocal declaration (e.g. letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail), and may use the model made available below. In order for the period of free resolution to be respected, it is sufficient that its communication on the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The consumer User must, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which he/she has communicated his decision to terminate, return the goods to Artes do Mosteiro, under the proper conditions in which they were acquired.
In the event of a resolution, you will be reimbursed for all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a possible shipping method other than the least onerous standard shipping method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your resolution decision.
We make these refunds using the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it does not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement, and in the case of credit card and PayPal payments, these are credited to their accounts. In other cases, when IBAN information is provided, a refund is made to the indicated bank account. Otherwise, the refund is made by check to be sent to the billing address. In the absence of any of the components of the purchased part, or if it is not in the exact conditions in which it was sold, there will be no refund of the price, and the product will be sent back to the initial shipping address.

The User may also use the arbitration and mediation mechanisms that are or will be legally constituted.
Applicable Law and Forum
For any divergence arising in the contractual relations between Artes do Mosteiro and the User, Portuguese legislation will apply. Any question or litigation arising from the application, interpretation or performance of the contract and these Terms and Conditions, when it cannot be resolved by agreement of the parties and in accordance with the above in the preceding paragraph, shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts.
The User declares to know and accept in full and without reservation these Terms and Conditions.
